Perfect for Sourdough and Cold Weather Baking
I use this extra-large food warming mat for my sourdough prep, and it’s been fantastic. The 3 independent heating zones and adjustable temperature levels make it easy to keep my starter and dough at just the right warmth, especially as we enter colder months. The timer is convenient for longer proofing sessions, and the mat is large enough to fit multiple bowls at once. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and portable if I need to move it. This has made my sourdough baking much more consistent and enjoyable — a must-have for any bread baker.

Warms quickly, but is designed upside down
It was ok. Strong odor at first. I ultimately decided to return it because the plug is positioned facing towards you, so it needs to be plugged in from the front. Which means if it’s sitting on the countertop plugged into wall outlets everything is upside down. It was annoying enough that I decided not to keep it. Seems very durable, heats very quickly, I liked the separate functioning warming zones, easy to use (just would be easier if you weren’t reading it upside down lol), if you need a larger size I recommend buying two smaller sized vs one large size, and the best feature is the rubber feet that keep it up off the counter top so it doesn’t get too hot

If you host parties, you NEED this!
I hosted Thanksgiving for about a dozen friends last week, and this thing was an absolute life-saver. Normally I’m over here doing the “microwave–oven shuffle,” rotating dishes like I’m running an airport runway just to serve everything warm. But with this warming mat? I kept a green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and gravy ALL hot for over two hours—no drama, no juggling, no frantic reheating.No more musical chairs with my side dishes. No more “Sorry, the potatoes are hot but the casserole is…not.” Everyone got their food actually hot, and all the ladies at dinner were totally green with envy.I also had three crockpots running and was bracing for the dreaded POP of a blown kitchen circuit, but nope—everything behaved beautifully.The mat itself is heavy, sturdy, and super easy to use. Just plug it in, turn it on, and wipe it clean with a damp cloth when you’re done. And the storage? Chef’s kiss. It rolls right up and tucks back into the box, which is refreshingly compact. I even took a picture of it next to a coffee cup so people can see the size—because yes, I’m that person.Hopefully this mat will serve me for many holidays to come!

Nice item (auto shut off happens faster than I’d like)
Nice item but times out (shuts off) faster than I would have liked. Nice quality and appearance with adjustment options. Only downside is auto shut off is too fast.
